We have same day appointments available every day. Please call or email us before walking in so that we can give you the best time possible.

- Will my insurance pay for everything?

These days insurance coverage can be very complicated and nearly everyone has some patient cost. We are here to help you. We can check your benefits for you and help you navigate towards our mutual goal of getting you better.

- Can you waive my copay or deductible?

Unfortunately, we are prohibited from waiving copays or deductibles. But, we can work out a payment plan if it is a hardship.

- How long will the visit take?

Initial visits may take up to 45 to 60 minutes (depending on the severity of the problem) so that the doctor can take the time to fully assess your condition. You can download our forms and fill them out in advance to speed up the process.

- Is there a long wait at the office?

Sometimes the doctor may be delayed because of a serious issue. Most often that is not the case. You are welcome to call and check in advance and if the doctor is delayed then we will let you know.

- Do you see children?

The youngest age that our Sports Medicine doctors treat is 12 years old.

- What are the office hours?

Our general doctor hours are 8:30AM to 5 PM but that may vary per doctor and day. Our staff will provide you with each individual doctor's schedule and find one that will accommodate your schedule. Our physical therapy department is open 7AM to 7 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 1pm on Saturday.

- May I fill out the paperwork in advance?

Yes. Just go to our Patient Resources page and download all the paper work in advance.
